Oklahoma Tulsa State Fair 2018 The Oklahoma Tulsa State Fair runs from September 27 thru October 7th this year. They have a new concert stage - The Oklahoma Stage. The concert series is included in the price of admission. When is Senior Citizen Day? Seniors, age 62 and over, receive FREE Gate Admission until 2pm, Tuesday, October 2, as part of the Alltech's Family Fest promotion. However, every day senior citizens (62+) receive a discounted Gate Admission of $6 per person; proper identification required at time of purchase. The Oklahoma State Fair is about to open on September 14th, with all kinds of new and exciting things. There is a lot of stuff to do here for the ten dollar admission costs. Jack Daniels 2009 BBQ Competition Team Butcher BBQ started in 1982 when, Dave Bouska, started to work in his first meat market. This is where he began leaning about beef, pork and poultry. From there, Dave, operated sausage markets, managed several retail and wholesale meat markets and now currently owns and operates a custom meat processing plant in Oklahoma. This is where he begun to perfect the plants, sausage, ham and bacon flavoring process. In 2006, he and his brother, started competing in the local BBQ circuit with good results and a lot of fun. Tana Poppino & Goose, 2010 Fort Worth Rodeo An interview with Barrel Racing winner Tana Poppino. Tana has been barrel racing since she was five. She did have a real job for awhile for a utility company in the marketing department. Her boss made her choose marketing or rodeo. Tana's choice was rodeo. Barrel Racing In 2003 she rodeo in the National Western in Denver. Tana has two great horses she rides with, that are spoiled. She says a good quarter horse has to have a lot of heart to be able to be a barrel racer.
